Let's enhance our muscle mass for life longer



It is good news for someone who always go to fitness centre. A research said that having big muscle mass concerned with life longer. This research done with took more than 3.600 adults health data which consist of a man 55 years old and women more than 65 years old, that they joined as participation U.S. National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey at1988 and1994.

In that survey, participant follow the tests for deciding ideal muscle mass index with height. And then the researcher compare that data with the next survey data in2004 for knowing how much participant which Kick the Bucket and how muscle mass concerned with death risk.

The result, the researcher found that someone who have bigger muscle mass is take a bit risk for kick the bucket naturally as compare to participant that having smaller muscle mass.

According to Dr. Arun Karlamangla, “In the other words, if your muscle mass bigger it is said that you having low death risk”. 

Better we don’t worry about our weight or body mass size, but we have to maximizing and defending muscle mass.

The Finding that had published in American Journal claimed as a new proof which state that whole body composition is a better predictor from death causes than Body Mass Index.

But the researchers admitted that this research just showed there is correlation between muscle mass with death risk and it is in progressing causal connection yet.

Our research also showed that Doctors also must focus toward tips for enhance muscle mass, not only to Body Mass Index.

According to Srikanthan, still many research that analyze how obesity and weight influence death risk with just see Body Mass index.  Whereas, muscle mass index also influence eath risk for an Adults.

Nevertheless, next research is needed for deciding kinds and amount an exercise that enhance adults muscle mass.
