This research done with took more than 3.600 adults health data which consist of a man 55 years old and women more than 65 years old, that they joined as participation U.S. National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey at1988 and1994.
In that survey, participant follow the tests for deciding ideal muscle mass index with height. And then the researcher compare that data with the next survey data in2004 for knowing how much participant which Kick the Bucket and how muscle mass concerned with death risk.
The
result, the researcher found that someone who have bigger muscle mass is take a
bit risk for kick the bucket naturally as compare to participant that having
smaller muscle mass.
According
to Dr. Arun Karlamangla, “In the other words, if your muscle mass bigger it is
said that you having low death risk”.
