The benefits of doing exercise

  
Health is a major thing in our life and many people said that health is expensive. we have to keep our health so that we don't get ill. there are many factor that could keep our health. one of them is doing an exercise. some people perhaps lazzy to do it, but if we don't have awareness about health from now, they will feel regret in the future. doing exercise is our investation in the future.in here, i would give or inform the benefits of doing exercise. check it out :


  1. Exercise could reduce Stress All people must ever fell stress. whether stress about school,office,marriage,boy friend, girl friend, etc. with doing exercise regularly, the stress could reduced.     
  2. Exercise helps you live longer and prevent many chronic diseases, such as heart disease, high blood   pressure, abnormal blood lipid (cholesterol and triglyceride) profile, stroke, type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and colon and  breast cancers.    
  3. Exercise improves cardio respiratory and muscular fitness.    
  4. Exercise raises your metabolism and helps you lose weight more easily (or eat more without gaining  weight).  
  5. Exercise maintain brain function in older adults.   
  6. Physical activity helps with digestion and promotes regular bowel movements.   
  7. Physical activity increases bone density.       
  8. Physical activity could help you age more gracefully by maintaining your looks and your agility.  
  9. Physical activity could improve sleep quality. 
  10. Physical activity could improve your overall quality of life.
