Fasting month is coming and muslim do and celebrate it with pleasure. 30 days we mortify the flesh from eating, drinking, having sex (if had married). Do you know if fasting has a lot of benefit for our health??? Fasting not only getting reward from Allah but also we could get healthy with fasting. Here i would give and share the benefits of fasting.





Good for heart and blood vessel health
Heart disease is the most redoubtable disease for each people. This disease had killed many people because of bad life style. With fasting, could increase our heart health and could reduce heart attack risk. When fasting, our body doing raising HDL and reducing LDL which based on research it is good for heart and blood vessel health.


Preventing chronic disease
Fasting hold hungry and thirsty and also anger. This condition could make someone’s psychology better and feel calm. So, it could reduce adrenalin degree in our body. Reducing of adrenalin will prevent cholesterol figuration and better gall contraction which could prevent chronic disease like heart and stroke. 


Could think sharply and more creative
Fasting make our mind calmer and getting slow, but uniquely based on the research, it could work sharper. Beside that, from instinct aspect, problem of getting hungry is continuance life problem and it is proper if hungry force us to thinking sharper and more creative.

Fasting could prevent obesity because digestion access and intestines will cleaner from pigswill deposits.

Beside we have to hold thirsty, hungry, and anger, fasting still have a lot of benefits for us. And also beside could increase spiritual aspect, fasting also could increase body immune and  rejuvenate our body from cells which had died.

The causes of diabetes is sugar degree and cholesterol getting high in our body. With fasting, consumption of sugar and fat foods could controlled. So it could prevent diabetes.
