1. Having sleep well or enough
You must ever had an acne because you always slept lateness. 2. Washing face twice a day
Washing our face twice a day is one of tips to lose acne quickly and naturally and easy. Dry our face with a towel after washing our face because bacteria like damp and warm place. Make routine in your life before getting sleep you wash your face so that your face always clean.

3. Having a lot of drink mineral water
Mineral water is good for throwing the rest of our body metabolism. When mineral water is enough, banishment system will work well. So, metabolism trashes in our body could be thrown completely. So, our body released from trashes.

4. Consuming fibre from fruits and vegetable

5. Avoid STRESS
